Overview

The Senior Data & Business Analyst will strengthen analytical capabilities within the Supply Chain and Operations functions, focusing on improving financial forecasting and operational decision-making through data insights.

In Short

• Analyze production costs, freight, fulfillment, and logistics data.
• Build and maintain dashboards for COGS and operational performance metrics.
• Develop models connecting operational data to financial outcomes.
• Write complex SQL queries and use Python for data exploration.
• Support Finance and Operations teams with data-informed forecasting.
• Ensure data accuracy for reliable self-service access.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Ability to lead end-to-end analytics initiatives.
• Expertise in SQL and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with Python for data exploration.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong understanding of operational and financial data.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Curiosity about AI and automation.
• Flexibility to travel quarterly to Cleveland HQ.
