Business Analyst (Supply Chain) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain team of our global IT team and help drive meaningful transformation across our business. You’ll play a hands-on role in replacing legacy systems, delivering scalable cloud-first solutions, and exploring how automation and AI can improve the way we work.

In Short

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and refine requirements.
• Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and maintain a backlog of user stories.
• Support solution evaluation, testing activities, and risk management.
• Model business processes using BPMN and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT change or software delivery projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to manage workload independently and work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in BPMN process mapping and business requirements elicitation.
• Experience within supply chain, WMS, wholesale, or distribution environments (nice to have).
• Knowledge of JIRA Software and Confluence (nice to have).
• Recognised business analysis qualification (IIBA/BCS) (nice to have).
