Supply Chain Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst at Western Digital will be responsible for overseeing key activities related to ERP transactions, supporting vendor relationships, and performing data management to optimize logistics processes.

• Responsible for oversight of ERP transactions and vendor relationships.
• Execute day-to-day processes and perform data management.
• Conduct analysis and create reports of KPIs.

• Develop and implement protocols for logistics initiatives.
• Monitor and standardize 3PL flows.
• Undertake ad-hoc queries and maintain reports.
• Deliver solutions to logistics problems with high quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in supply chain management.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Experience with EDI is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively across divisions.
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently.
• Experience in analyzing business processes.
