Business Analyst (Supply Chain Project) - Remote

Overview

As a Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum), you will help scope, define, design and deliver solutions that provide business outcomes and will serve as a facilitator between the IT Global Delivery Europe Team and Business Stakeholders.

In Short

• Work in continuous delivery mode, analyzing, testing and delivering features iteratively.
• Demonstrate Agile processes and principles for effective delivery.
• Work with the Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner on defining the project’s detailed scope.
• Create, refine, and maintain user stories and associated deliverables.
• Provide guidance on sizing stories and determining technical details.
• Work with business stakeholders to test user stories.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in requirement gathering techniques and process modeling.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels.
• Hands-on implementation experience in Oracle EBS R12 or other ERP systems.
• Understanding of end-to-end processes in supply chain management.
• Expertise in Supply Chain Systems.
• Knowledge of EDI translation tools and mapping.
• Use of PL/SQL for data management within Oracle EBS.
