Implementation Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Analyst I is a critical member of the CivicRec implementation team, responsible for assisting implementation consultants in understanding client needs and managing the steps required to fulfill those needs.

In Short

• Collaborate with implementation consultants to identify client requirements.
• Assist in defining project scope and technical solutions.
• Write and revise technical implementation documentation.
• Plan and implement API integrations with third-party products.
• Participate in client meetings to gather necessary information.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist in achieving process automation goals.
• Work with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel requirement up to 10%.
• Experience with software implementation is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, IS, or related field, or 2+ years of software technical experience.
• One year of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Fluent in REST APIs principles.
• Understanding of relational data models and best practices.
• Experience with SDKs and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with third-party hardware integrations.
• Knowledge of basic accounting terms and practices.
• Willingness to explore unfamiliar systems and languages.
