Analyst II, Implementation - Remote

Overview

The Analyst II, Technical Implementation will work with the Implementation Lead on projects to document existing client operational processes and gather requirements needed to set product configurations for business rules, workflows, and patient messages.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with MS SQL reporting.
• Experience with real-time data integration (HL7).
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Experience in managing client relationships.
• Solid understanding of workflow systems.
• Experience in documenting software process flows.
