Overview

The Temporary Safeguarding and Global Human Resources Investigator will conduct investigations into allegations of violations of Mercy Corps’ policies, ensuring thorough and impartial investigations consistent with best practices.

• Conduct investigations into safeguarding and HR complaints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a trained investigator.
• Proven investigative skills and experience with interviewing.
• Ability to produce detailed investigative reports.
• Understanding of ethics violations and safeguarding concerns.
• Experience in case management systems preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm demeanor in difficult circumstances.
• Fluency in English required.
