• Handle incoming inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers regarding automotive products and services via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and support regarding vehicle specifications, maintenance, and issues.

• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in our systems.
