Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is on the lookout for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for our Grocery Delivery Services Department. In this role, you will be vital in assisting our Dutch-speaking customers with their grocery delivery needs. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries regarding orders, delivery schedules, product availability, and payment issues. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely support and resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
