Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience.
• 5 years of retail/service industry experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience managing direct reports.
• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in managing operations with at least $40 million in annual sales.
• Ability to lift and carry as needed.
