As a Store Director at Meijer in the North Detroit Market, you will be accountable for ensuring the best shopping experience for customers while leading a team to achieve financial success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience.
• 5 years of retail/service industry experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Minimum of 3 years in retail leadership with General Merchandise and Grocery/Fresh experience preferred.
• Experience in managing operations with $40 million in annual sales.
• Ability to lift and carry as required for the role.
