Capital Installation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Capital Installation Specialist is an integral part of our team’s success, responsible for providing logistical support to customers and the sales team for capital expenditure deals.

In Short

• Assess customer’s logistical requirements and match them to operational capacity.
• Anticipate changing needs and pitfalls of implementation.
• Analyze processes and recommend changes to increase efficiency.
• Manage vendor contracts and relationships.
• Implement logistics and vendor coordination for deals.
• Develop freight quotes and analyze processing costs.
• Plan and execute logistics support activities.
• Escalate complex issues as needed.
• Travel required 50%-75% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of logistics experience or high school diploma with 3 years of experience.
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations or business administration.
• Understanding and experience with SAP.
• Experience in logistics or vendor management.
