In Short

• Lead Medison’s valuation, forecasting and structuring across all type of transactions.
• Identify, evaluate and execute key transactions: M&A, strategic partnerships.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with Corporate Strategy and other functions.
• Spearhead post-deal analysis and implementation of key learnings.
• Serve as a key thought partner to the Executive Team.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing corporate development team.
• Represent Medison externally at industry conferences.

Requirements

• 10-15 years experience in investment banking or corporate/business development in healthcare.
• Successful track record in leading and closing M&A transactions.
• Extensive knowledge of M&A, financial analysis, and valuation.
• Understanding of the drug development lifecycle.
• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Inspirational leader with collaborative skills.
