This position is remote, with operations based out of Cluj.

In Short

  • Initiate, develop and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with KOL’s and relevant stakeholders.
  • Deliver on all commercial goals for the market, including product strategy and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement tactical plans in line with product strategy.
  • Create detailed account plans that describe unmet needs of stakeholders.
  • Execute promotional meetings with HCPs.
  • Manage assigned territory through planning and reporting KPIs.
  • Use CRM system for reporting field visits.
  • Continuously learn about products and improve selling skills.
  • Collect and share competitive intelligence.
  • Support project implementation within designated area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in life/natural sciences, medicine, or pharmaceutical discipline.
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in Pharma Sales or similar role.
  • Experience with Oncology/Vaccines/Neurology portfolio is advantageous.
  • Experience with rare diseases and orphan drugs is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professional relationships.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and display agility.
  • Strategic understanding and resilience.
  • Commercial and marketing acumen.
  • High ethical and compliance standards.
