Overview

Massive Bio is a health-tech startup focused on providing cancer patients with access to clinical trials. We are seeking a Key Account Manager based in the UK to support our provider engagement operations.

In Short

  • Build relationships with key oncologists and physicians.
  • Educate healthcare providers about the Massive Bio clinical platform.
  • Contribute to strategic mapping of targeted physicians for clinical trials.
  • Visit clinics and healthcare facilities across the UK.
  • Maintain strong relationships with healthcare teams.
  • Track outcomes of provider engagement with our platform.
  • Update records in the company's CRM platform.
  • Report on engagement progress and insights.
  • Perform data management and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; medical background preferred.
  • Experience in Pharma, Biotech, or NGS with oncology networks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; programming knowledge a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Proactive, self-motivated with strong sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Willingness to travel at least one week per month in the UK.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience.
  • Experience in healthcare services or with NHS.
