Physician Relations Associate - Remote

Overview

The Physician Relations Associate will support the growth of provider engagement operations at Massive Bio, focusing on building relationships with oncologists and healthcare providers through outreach and education.

• Support outreach efforts to oncologists and healthcare providers.
• Assist in scheduling and conducting meetings with physicians.
• Educate providers about the Massive Bio clinical platform.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Track and report engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the Senior Provider Engagement Team.
• Contribute to strategic mapping of targeted physicians.
• Follow up with providers to track engagement outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; medical background preferred.
• Experience in Clinical Research, Pharma/Biotech, or NGS preferred.
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Regular local travel required; some out-of-state travel may be needed.
• Prior experience in healthcare services or working with payers.
• Must be a resident or citizen of the USA located in specified states.
