Director of Corporate Development - Remote

Overview

The Director of Corporate Development will lead key strategic projects and manage all aspects of corporate development activities, including M&A pipeline development, valuation modeling, and transaction negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of M&A transaction experience.
• Proven experience in deal execution and project management.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation analysis skills.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed environment.
• Experience in industrials or manufacturing preferred.
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
