Overview

The Director/Sr. Director of Corporate Development will lead initiatives for inorganic growth opportunities, including M&A and strategic partnerships, and will work closely with various stakeholders to support the deal cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
• 10+ years' experience in corporate/business development.
• 7+ years' experience in healthcare-related fields.
• 5+ years' experience managing/supervising staff.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with deal structuring and contract negotiations.
• Ability to lead cohesive and productive teams.
