Epic Ambulatory Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Remote

Overview

Client is seeking Epic Ambulatory SMEs to assist with the deployment of Epic Aura at multiple healthcare organizations simultaneously. Each SME will be responsible for the oversight of the Epic build, coordination of engagement communication directly with PM, Leads, and Client Support Teams.

• Assist with deployment of Epic Aura at multiple healthcare organizations.
• Oversee the Epic build and coordinate engagement communication.
• Responsible for training development and delivery.
• Coordinate testing and integrated testing.
• Develop and oversee the test plan.
• Communicate with key executive stakeholders.
• Must support multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Required certifications include Epic Ambulatory.
• Experience with Diabetes specific site building preferred.
• Open to travel for initial onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years supporting Epic Ambulatory implementations.
• Proven build experience in Epic Ambulatory.
• Strong experience leading implementation projects.
• Preferred PMP or similar project management experience.
• Experience building best practices within Epic.
• Familiarity with Smart Tools and Our Practice Advisories.
• Ability to keep key milestones and timelines on track.
• Must be open to travel for initial onboarding.
• Full-time availability required.
• Capability to support multiple implementations at once.
