Overview

The Regional Director - Business Development will work with Managed Care Organizations and agencies to sell Medical Guardian services, generating new member referrals and managing a designated territory.

In Short

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in territory sales strategies.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
