Install Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Install Coordinator at MedScope will be responsible for overseeing the installation of personal emergency response systems in members' homes, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and managing a team of independently contracted installers.

In Short

• Coordinate installation of equipment in members’ homes.
• Screen, interview, and onboard new installers.
• Monitor job activity queues for installer performance.
• Communicate with Care Managers and internal sales teams.
• Review applications for installer positions.
• Counsel, suspend, or terminate installers as needed.
• Develop strategies to improve installation metrics.
• Present monthly metrics to the business.
• Complete installations in areas with inadequate coverage.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand people effectively.
• Experience in managing contractors or installers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with remote monitoring systems.
• Ability to meet compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using customized systems for application reviews.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST.
