Overview

The Move-In Coordinator is responsible for managing the move-in process for new residents, ensuring a seamless experience through effective communication and coordination with various teams and external parties.

In Short

• Own the entire move-in process for new residents.
• Act as the main point of contact for residents.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for quality assurance of homes.
• Work with external parties like HOA associations and utility companies.
• Ensure a seamless hand-off post move-in with the Experience team.
• Be customer-centric and empathetic towards community members.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Proactively solve problems before they arise.
• Work under pressure and manage tasks efficiently.
• Availability to work on weekends.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer-facing and operational experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project/task management experience preferred.
• Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, and Asana required.
• Able to work well with others and under pressure.
