Vendor Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for someone who can sniff out the best talent in home services across the country—from painters to locksmiths. You’ll be on the front lines of sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and managing vendors who make our homes look and feel ready for their next chapter.

In Short

• Proactively source high-quality vendors across multiple trades.
• Review portfolios and check licenses and insurance for quality assurance.
• Negotiate competitive rates and scopes with vendors.
• Onboard vendors into our systems and tools.
• Coordinate across Ops, Sales, and Support teams.
• Maintain meticulous records of outreach and negotiations.
• Operate with urgency while balancing long-term scalability.
• Full availability required.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Vendor management, ops or sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Comfort using CRMs, spreadsheets and task management tools.
• Full availability required.
