Overview

We are seeking a Vendor Operations Specialist looking to start their career who is personable and detail-oriented and will provide support in a variety of teams such as Customer Service, Online Sales, Procurement, and Fulfillment. This person would be eager to resolve issues by phone and email with both our external customers and our internal partners.

In Short

  • Answer customer service calls or emails from customers regarding questions on their orders.
  • Address customer inquiries related to order returns in a timely, professional manner.
  • Log and communicate recurring customer issues to team leadership.
  • Process online orders and ensure they are processed correctly.
  • Submit vendor PO’s and follow-up on fulfillment and tracking.
  • Process and track RMAs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1 year experience in a Customer Service role preferred.
  • Phone system proficiency.
  • Microsoft Office Suite competency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, especially over phone and email.
  • Flexible and adaptable; enjoys taking on various new responsibilities.
  • Problem solver and highly detail-oriented.
