  • Responsible for reviewing past due accounts.
  • Contact customers for payment of past due accounts.
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual.
  • Manage collection efforts with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate account updates on computer files.
  • Handle customer questions and problems.
  • Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules.
  • Place accounts on hold for incoming orders until payment is received.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Permanent residency in specific states is required.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in collections or customer service preferred.
  • Professionalism in managing collection efforts.

  • Understanding of financial situations for debt repayment arrangements.
  • Residency in specified states (AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, TN, WV, TX).
