Collections Agent - Remote

Overview

The Collections Agent will conduct outbound collection calls to maintain customer relationships and ensure timely payments.

Requirements

• Experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams.
• Ability to handle customer disputes effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of collection processes and standards.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
