In Short

• Join a growing Collections team at Kafene.
• Help customers meet payment schedules and resolve past due amounts.
• Experience with debt collection and knowledge of FDCPA required.

• Handle multiple call center platforms while engaging with customers.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Work in a fully remote environment.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of one year of collection or customer service experience required.
