Requirements

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with FDCPA and TCPA.
• Results-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle challenging conversations.
• Experience in a results-oriented environment.
• Preferred: 3+ years in recovering high-risk accounts.
• Preferred: Experience in Auto Collections.
• Preferred: Deep understanding of compliance standards.
