In Short

  • Develop and implement effective Sales strategies and procedures.
  • Manage a team of Sales Agents, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the Sales team.
  • Review and evaluate Sales calls for accuracy.
  • Communicate with potential customers regarding their Sales experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all Sales activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in Sales.
  • Prepare regular reports on Sales activities for upper management.
  • Lead a team of customer-focused Inside Sales Representatives.
