This role places you at the center of decisions that shape MASA’s international growth as you steward MASA’s most important third-party relationships in the Caribbean region.

• Full-time, remote position based in the United States.
• Frequent travel across the Caribbean region.
• Lead senior-level commercial discussions with Caribbean air ambulance providers.
• Manage and strengthen strategic partnerships with private insurers.
• Analyze claims activity and financial drivers for partnership decisions.
• Collaborate with various teams to align negotiated terms with pricing strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve partnership efficiency and value.
• Communicate partnership strategy to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare contracting or related roles.
• Commercial success in the Caribbean region.
• Experience in managing complex partnerships and negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret claims data.
• Proven ability to influence and build trust across teams.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel across the Caribbean region (up to 25%).
