In Short

• Implementation of customer projects in the area of Omnissa Horizon
• Consulting end customers in the area of End User Computing
• Conducting customer workshops and presenting concepts
• Supporting account managers in presales
• Documentation of customer infrastructure and projects
• Developing optimization proposals for customer infrastructures and concept creation
• Supporting the support team in escalation cases as Second/Third Level
• Documenting activities in the existing ticket system (Jira)

Requirements

• Completed studies in the IT field or comparable training
• Very good knowledge in the areas of digital workplace, VMWare Horizon, user environment, and identity management
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows platforms (Server and Desktop)
• Preferably valid VMware certifications in End User Computing, e.g., VCP, VCAP
• Analytical and structured thinking as well as careful and independent working style
• Strong service and consulting orientation
• Team player, organizational talent, willingness to travel, and resilience
• Excellent German language skills and good English skills
