Overview

The Product Support Specialist is responsible for enabling customers to use Mediafly’s suite of solutions successfully by assisting them with configuration and support.

In Short

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain communication with end-users.
  • Understand Mediafly product solutions from both business and technical perspectives.
  • Identify and record bugs and feature requests.
  • Configure Mediafly’s settings to customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical issues.
  • Manage ongoing technical health of customers’ accounts.
  • Provide high-level support and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as requested.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product or Technical Customer Support.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Translate complex technical ideas into simple content.
  • Manage complex, technical resolutions involving API and data integrations.
  • Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
