The Product Support Specialist will work with important customers to provide solutions and support for the product’s capabilities, ensuring an exceptional service experience.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of technical SaaS support experience.
  • Experience with ticketing platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a human approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to communicate issue resolutions clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
