Overview

The Director of Revenue Operations will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all revenue processes, systems, and analytics while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

In Short

  • Own the Revenue Operations function at Mediafly.
  • Partner with CPO & CFO to develop annual revenue goals.
  • Drive pipeline modeling and capacity planning.
  • Define and optimize revenue processes across the customer journey.
  • Oversee Deal Desk operations for pricing and contract processes.
  • Own revenue systems and processes across Salesforce and CPQ.
  • Lead revenue forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Partner with Finance for data reconciliation.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations or related fields.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Deep expertise in data governance and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills in forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading high-impact teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
