The Director of Revenue Operations will lead the systems and processes that drive revenue growth across sales, marketing, and customer success. This role is ideal for a data-driven, highly organized leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about optimizing the customer journey and revenue engine. Remarcable is accelerating its presence in the market and growing rapidly, and the Director of Revenue Operations will ensure the systems and processes are in place to exceed our targets and maintain efficient growth over time.

In Short

  • Align and optimize processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive revenue growth.
  • Own and manage the CRM and sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with leadership to define and track KPIs across the revenue organization.
  • Lead territory planning, quota setting, and compensation modeling.
  • Collaborate with sales development and partnership teams to drive pipeline generation improvement.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure seamless marketing to sales handoff.
  • Support sales enablement and onboarding initiatives.
  • Experiment with and deploy new technologies (i.e. AI) to drive efficiency in the GTM engine.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in leading revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and sales/marketing tech stacks.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Experience and passion for experimenting with and deploying cutting edge GTM technology and processes.
