Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Mediafly, you will ensure our customers’ success by understanding their business objectives and providing solutions to their biggest challenges through our revenue enablement platform.

In Short

  • Maintain relationships with key customers to understand their business needs.
  • Increase ROI for customers by enhancing feature adoption.
  • Provide customer support through product expertise and best practice guidance.
  • Manage implementation work for new and existing customers.
  • Conduct onboarding and training activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on account plans and customer strategy.
  • Participate in executive business reviews for strategic customers.
  • Work closely with engineers to master product features.
  • Utilize data to create meaningful customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, marketing/sales, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Support, or Technical Account Management.
  • Experience with customer support escalations.
  • Ability to work with large, complex customers.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Gainsight, SQL, and/or Tableau is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adept at digesting and articulating complex information.
  • Ability to create value from raw data.
  • Comfort conducting trainings and webinars.
  • Independent judgment under minimum supervision.
