Senior Full Stack Engineer - Remote

Overview

Mediafly is the leading revenue enablement platform, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong Java expertise to join our remote team. You will work with Java backend and React/TypeScript frontend systems deployed on AWS, building new features while improving system reliability and performance.

In Short

• Design and deliver fullstack web application features using React/TypeScript, Java, Spring, and AWS.
• Improve build tooling, CI/CD processes, and automated tests to increase development efficiency and reliability.
• Lead and collaborate on all portions of the SDLC.
• Champion quality by ensuring solutions are observable, testable, secure, and maintainable.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX designers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
• Help evolve our architecture to meet scaling and performance needs.

Requirements

• Fluency in fullstack development, particularly with Java, C#, Spring, and React.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and improving legacy systems.
• Proven ability to architect scalable, distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
