UX/UI Designer - Full Time Contract - Remote

Overview

Mediafly is the leading revenue enablement platform that helps market-facing teams plan, predict, coach, and engage at high levels. We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to lead user experience across our Lightning Web Components, internal Salesforce tools, and customer-facing portals.

In Short

• Design and iterate on user interfaces for LWC apps and Salesforce-native features.
• Translate complex workflows into simple solutions for users.
• Build and maintain our design system in Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate closely with developers for high-quality implementation.
• Champion accessibility standards in all designs.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Experience designing within the Salesforce ecosystem preferred.
• Mastery of Figma and modern design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and accessibility best practices.
• Comfort working in agile teams.
• Familiarity with video, learning, or coaching platforms.
• Exposure to AI-driven experiences.
• Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Must reside in Poland.
