Lead Salesforce Developer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the hands-on development and optimization of Mediafly’s Salesforce-based platform services, focusing on building scalable, secure solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Experience Cloud (LWR).

In Short

• Design and build scalable, secure solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.
• Extend and optimize Appinium’s managed packages for AI-driven content workflows.
• Build reusable Experience Cloud components for coaching experiences.
• Implement real-time and batch integrations with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Support Salesforce DX workflows for metadata-driven development.
• Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps processes using Git and Azure DevOps.
• Write and maintain robust test classes for high code coverage.
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor developers.
• Define internal reference architectures and component libraries.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and platform governance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including LWC, Apex, SOQL, Flow, and Experience Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and deployment patterns.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (Required).
• Experience with managed/unlocked packages and Salesforce ISV best practices.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Solid grasp of Salesforce authentication and external API integrations.
• Experience in an enterprise CI/CD environment (Azure DevOps, SFDX).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for high-performance solutions.
