Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will develop and manage ongoing strategic partnerships with MDaudit customers, focusing on customer retention, success, and satisfaction.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in compliance, billing, and revenue cycle.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic environments.
