Overview

The Human Resources Associate’s role is to assist in the support of business units to ensure effective delivery of HR services, working closely with the Senior Business Partner and Program Managers.

In Short

• Assist in HR services delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Understanding of federal and state employment laws
• Working knowledge of French preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• 5 years of HR experience, NGO experience preferred
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
