Technical Advisor – Digital Health Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position supports MCD’s digital health and technology innovation initiatives, contributing to evaluation, learning, and data use across Maine’s RHTP efforts. The Technical Advisor – Digital Health Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting data analysis, reporting, and visualization to inform program performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in public health, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or program evaluation.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences.
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations from program data.
• Ability to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Training or certification in program evaluation or data analytics preferred.
• Background in digital health initiatives is a strong asset.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative data from diverse sources.
• Skilled in data management and organization of large datasets.
