Overview

The Associate Manager - Project Business Development & Finance & Accounting is responsible for managing financial operations related to project grants, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting business development initiatives.

• Manage project financial administration for federal and non-federal awards.
• Provide pre- and post-award financial support and analysis.
• Create cost and pricing proposals in collaboration with the business development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in financial grant management.
• Knowledge of nonprofit accounting principles and GAAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial software and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT and QuickBooks is preferred.
