Overview

This role involves serving as the primary technical lead to guide key customers through the implementation, integration, and expansion of Mattermost as their central communication platform for DevOps and technical teams.

In Short

  • Lead the delivery of the Onboarding Journey process.
  • Make architectural recommendations for Mattermost software deployment.
  • Deliver best practices and consulting based on successful deployments.
  • Work with Product Management, Engineering, and Support teams.
  • Capture detailed documentation of customer design and deployment decisions.
  • Identify key integration opportunities for Mattermost.
  • Present technical information to a wide array of customers.
  • Serve as the technical lead for Mattermost deployment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Technical Account Management or Solution Engineering.
  • Ability to read and understand code in modern programming languages and SQL.
  • Proficiency in Linux and troubleshooting Linux-based services.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of DevOps, IT operations, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Git/Github and Bash.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading technical solutions and engaging with IT executives.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
