Technical Account Manager - Remote

Overview

Mark43 is on a mission to empower communities and their governments with technologies that enhance safety and quality of life. We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage government accounts and drive sales growth.

In Short

• Work on-site with government clients on the Mark43 CAD product.
• Develop and maintain relationships with police departments and emergency services.
• Collaborate with teams to implement government contracts successfully.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Create a strategic roadmap for account management.
• Advocate for customers and resolve pain points.
• Share expertise to improve client relationships.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product for upsell opportunities.
• Track account needs and align internal procedures.
• Understand the product roadmap relative to customer needs.

Requirements

• Experience as a former officer or dispatcher preferred.
• 5+ years in law enforcement, government sales, or account management.
• Experience as a software trainer in government is a plus.
• Proven success in managing government accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience providing technical support post-sales.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Motivated to solve problems and take initiative.
