  • Process rider account deletions and hardware returns.
  • Develop and maintain reference materials and online FAQs.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Masabi products.
  • Participate in on-call rotations during holidays.

Requirements

  • Some experience in enterprise software support.
  • Strong investigative, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic about knowledge sharing.
