In Short

• Drive alignment, planning, and operational execution with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Ensure transparency and efficient collaboration across all stages of product and platform delivery.
• Lead annual, quarterly, and continuous planning processes.
• Support estimation and prioritization frameworks for confident decision-making.
• Drive transition from Target Process to Jira and support rollout of Jellyfish and Salesforce integrations.
• Own end-to-end portfolio planning from discovery through to delivery.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for visibility of delivery velocity, value, and capacity.
• Facilitate retrospectives and team-driven improvements.
• Champion a culture of learning and shared ownership of progress.
• Work in a hybrid or remote model for candidates based in the UK.

Requirements

• Experience working across Product and Engineering teams in B2B SaaS environments.
• Led operational programs including planning, tooling, delivery execution, and continuous improvement.
• Confident with systems and tools like Jira, Salesforce, and Jellyfish.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Effective communication skills across different audiences.
• Mindset of care and accountability for work and outcomes.
