Requirements

• 7+ years in Engineering or Technical Program Management, ideally within high-growth SaaS environments.
• Proven experience evolving engineering operations.
• Track record of leading technically transformative programs.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Deep understanding of modern SDLC, Agile methodologies, and service ownership models.
• Technical background in software development and systems architecture.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with portfolio management and program governance frameworks.
