Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program management experience.
• 5+ years managing SaaS product development programs.
• Solid technical foundation and understanding of technical concepts.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in program management tools, especially Jira.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to complex problems.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
