Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives at PayNearMe, a company focused on transforming customer payment experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years managing complex technical programs.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional programs on time.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tooling like Jira.
• Strong change management skills.
• Fluency in technical discussions.
• Deep understanding of agile, scrum, and lean methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and ownership at all levels.
• Experience in payments or fintech is a plus.
